You may expect to receive appr. 3-6 emails from us a year with New product info and Sales. To be removed from our email list send an email to OneStopSquare@aol.com with Remove in the Subject line. A removal option is sent with all emails.
NOTE: Every order is sent with a Detailed Receipt - You Are Responsible for Keeping Your Receipts. Chargebacks on your credit card against merchandise you received from us and did not return in the terms as described below will result in a mark on your credit unless it is resolved and collection will be pursued. We are charged a return fee on all card & check transactions so an additional return fee will then be due. SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Most orders ship via UPS within 2 business days - items that are out of stock generally ship within 5-7 days - we receive shipments daily. Custom stamps and embossers generally ship within 3 business days. Expediated shipping is available upon requests - to place your order over the secure website with quick ship call us at 815-675-2751 after you have placed your order with the last 4 digits of your Order Number ready. We will pull your order and prepare it for shipping right away. You should also make a note in the special instructions box.
OUR RETURN POLICIES:
Merchandise shipped by us in error or found to be defective may be returned for full credit Unless under other Manufacturer warranty (not ours) . Merchandise other than made to order products that are returned for any reason other than our own error - will be accepted for credit less shipping charges incurred by us and a charge for inspection and processing. Office and Craft Supplies will only be accepted for return if they are unused/unopened unless it is found to be defective so please make sure you are order the correct item or inspect it before opening the package. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days and we must be contacted first to issue a return # and/or special instructions. A letter of explanation must be included so that we can credit the right account. We no longer take holiday punches for return - abuse of returns after these punches have been used for holiday crafts has forced us to institute this policy.
Custom made orders that are Defective will be replaced. Ty orders are non-returnable as anywhere else. This helps to guarantee authenticity. Orders for Custom Made items that are cancelled after we have made them will still be held responsible for the order. Large orders of stamp pads & Glow Pads are also considered custom as they are made to order. Other large orders over 20 that are not normal stock may qualify as custom.

LOST OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
V & K Details, Inc. bears no responsibility for shipping international orders that are lost or damaged once it has shipped. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to make claims for lost or damaged merchandise. Upon request shipping details, tracking numbers and any other pertinent information will be provided.
